21Additional CommentsOrdered blinds for family room and kitchen. Installed and had to reinstall two windows. Now all do not go up and down at the same time. Installer said it is a different motor. However, all the same room and need to all go up and down at the same time. Hopefully, third, time a charm. Installer should have made sure all on the same motor so we are disappointed.

I just read the survey you sent to us and want to apologize for the issues you have had with the motorized cell shades you purchased from us. I see that we have an installer coming out to your home on Tues. May 2nd to correct the motorization synchronization problem. Be assured that our manufacturer and we stand behind all of our products and services and we will make sure the shades are working as they should, that you fully understand how to use the products and you are completely satisfied with the outcome!
